Kyle was available to show us several different houses that were in our price range. We worked with Kyle and Stephanie Steppe on submitting offers on 2 houses. Although we were outbid on the first one, Kyle worked with us on putting an offer on the 2nd that was accepted. Kyle kept us informed of the steps and progress of the sale.

Kyle and Stephanie worked (almost literally) around the clock to ensure we found the right home to meet both our wants and needs. They made themselves available to us day and night, with very rapid response times. Each question or concern we had was met with careful consideration and honest responses. When I scheduled the inspection they asked me if Kyle was still with century 21, I didn't even realize I didn't know who he was with, I knew Kyle more than I did Century 21. My lease would be up in a month and a half and interest rates were about to increase. I needed to buy a house ASAP, but it had to be a house I really loved -- somewhere I could happily live for several years.

Kyle found him a place that exceeded his expectations. To begin my search, I emailed Kyle and explained my situation and hoped he would deliver as he had before.
